Zacapa La Doma

La Doma is a special and limited edition of Ron Zacapa 23. A blend of rums from 6 to 24 years, finished in ex-american whiskey casks. These casks tame the raw Zacapa spirit, forged from the carefully selected fermented virgin sugar cane honey rather than molasses used in most other rums. you can taste the honeyed and fresh sugar cane notes alongside the tropical vibrancy of pineapple and banana, it's a palate rich with fruity abundance and hints of vanilla and wood.
