Yarden Chardonnay - Odem Vineyard

Variety: Chardonnay.
Vineyard: Odem Vineyard in the northern Golan
farmed organically since 1998.
Winemaking: Fermented in French oak barrels and
aged sur lies for seven months.
Tasting Note: A potpourri of aromas and flavors;
blossoms citrus pear and tropical fruit together with
vanilla wood and mineral notes.
Serving Suggestions: Intensely flavored fish and
poultry dishes. In general cheese and butter sauces will
complement this wine well.
Serving Temperature: 10-14°C/about 55°F.
