Yarden Petit Verdot
Yarden Petit Verdot was produced from Petit Verdot grapes grown in the central and northern Golan Heights. The relatively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils are proving to be hospitable conditions for this classic variety. Yarden Petit Verdot aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and exhibits ripe red and black fruit notes, along with characters of spice, flowers, tobacco, and chocolate.
This bottle should age gracefully for years to come if stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 17-20°C.
