Yarden Yonatan Vineyard Merlot 2018
Yarden merlot Yonatan Vineyard was produced entirely from grapes grown in the Yonatan Vineyard in the central Golan Heights, at elevations from 600 meters to 700 meters above sea level. Yonatan has proven itself an excellent site for merlot since its first planting in 1978.
Style: 18 months of aging in French oak barrels complements the wine's characters of ripe red and black fruit, orange blossom and fresh herb. Best served at 63-68 F.
