From 2003 to 2016, Zelma Long partnered with Golan Heights Winery in blending our winemaking wisdom, international experience, and local expertise in exploring the intricacies of the Golan Heights- all in a combined effort to further advance wine quality in this extraordinary region. We felt it would be exciting to extend work by making together a wine that reflects the quality of both this winegrowing area and our winemaking relationship. With Zelma, we blended 6 vintages: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2012, 2013, and 2014. This current vintage, still a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot, continues in the same spirit of excellence and exploration. Best served at 17-20 C.
