Yarden Merlot 2011
Yarden Merlot was produced from Merlot grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Aging in French oak barrels for eighteen months balances the existing orange zest and berry characters present in the wine with a layer of rich oak and vanilla.
To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 18-22°C.
