Yarden Katzrin is produced only in exceptional years. The Yarden Katzrin aged two years in new French oak barrels. This wine expresses the essence of the Winery's philosophy of realizing the full potential of the unique terroir of the Golan Heights. This bottle should age gracefully over the next decade if stored on its side in a cool dark place. Best served at 17-20 C
