Yarden Katzrin Red 2014 - Magnum

The 2014 Yarden Katzrin carries on our long-running custom of producing Katzrin wines in outstanding vintages. This special wine features rich fruit aromatics of ripe cherries and plums along with attractive characters of pipe tobacco earth spice dark chocolate meat smoke and black tea. Intensely flavored yet showing great vitality the 2014 Yarden Katzrin is a full bodied wine with a very long finish.
While tempting to enjoy upon release the wine will continue improving in the bottle in the coming years and should remain in excellent drinking condition for some 15-20 years from vintage.
Best saved for festive occasions Yarden Katzrin pairs wonderfully with rich dishes such as braised oxtails a classic standing rib roast or a whole roast duck with plum sauce.
