Vineyards: Northern Golan.
Winemaking: Whole clusters are pressed whilst frozen;
ferments slowly over a period of months.
Tasting Note: Ripe apple pear citrus and tropical fruit
characters with wild flowers; intense multi-layered and
sweet with a rich long complex finish.
Serving Suggestions: Alone as dessert or with a variety
of sweet courses and foie gras.
Serving Temperature: 6-8°C/45°F.
