Yarden Chardonnay was produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the cold Aleks and the high altitude unique to the north of the Golan Heights.
The wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 7 months.
Best to be served with light meats, grilled fish and pasta in delicate sauces.
