Yarden 2T 2019

Yarden 2T is made from the two Portugese varieties Touriga Nacional and Tinto Cao grown in Yonatan Springs and Geshur vineyards. The relatively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils of the Golan Heights are proving to be hospitable conditions for these varieties. Eighteen months of barrel aging adds richness to the wine's wild berry cassis plum and violet notes. This bottle should age gracefully over the coming years if stored on its side in a cool dark place. Best served at 17-20C
