Zion Old City Port Style Red Dessert Wine

A sweet Adam wine produced from Marsallan grapes harvested by hand at the peak of their harvest. After partial fermentation, a fine alcohol was added to the wine which stopped the fermentation and preserved the sweetness of the wine. Later it was transferred to aging in the winery's yard in oak barrels exposed to the sun for 21 months.
