March was colder and rainier than usual. Extreme spring climate – a small amount of damage took place whilst in bloom, with a heatwave leading to a greatly reduced yield. Comfortable summer, with no extreme heat events. A continuous and high-quality ripening. Overall, the harvest, which was slightly later than average, began in the second week of August and ended at the end of September.
