Beautiful intense ruby color. The nose is a call to greediness with exhilarating aromas of tangy currants and spices; all delicately underlined by an appetizing freshness. The mouth is particularly mellow with crisp flavors of perfectly ripe red fruits. The body is dense and juicy, harmonious in its balance. Plume de Paloumey has a nice length, with a bright and cocoa finish.
