Shiloh Winery, at the heart of the historic wine region in the Land of Israel, is renewing the history of the past 3000 years by producing the finest wines. This Merlot Secret Reserve, whose grape clusters were hand-picked and carefully culled before dawn from the best vineyards in our Holy Land, was aged in new French oak barrels for 20 months. Only the most select of these barrels were chosen for bottling. A dark and deep red Merlot with a mixture of fruit and coffee aromas and intense fruit flavors, beautifully balanced, makes this wine ideal for those seeking excellence. Due to its distinctiveness, aging will further enhance its taste To keep its outstanding quality, this wine non-filtered and sediments might appear.
