On the slopes of the Judean Mountain, on the land of mitzpe emek sorek, enveloped in a wonderful terroir, grow the fine wine grapes of Mony estate winery. The winery's impressive and elegant wine collection is the result of a rich and quality assortment of grape varietals, professional winemaking, and family passion. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested from our vineyard's finest plot, nurtured, fortified, fermented, aged 14 months in French barrels. A quality wine in a deep red hue with a medium to full body, rich in berry aroma, elegant structure and smooth tannins. Aromas of fresh raspberries, cassis and strawberries with elegant oak touches and gentle smokiness.
