The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high-quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This 50% merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Petit Syrah is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 26 degrees. Then aged for 3 months in French oak. Medium red in color, this wine shows rich fruity aromas and has a mid-bodied palate with the flavor of fresh herbs and lemon with a long finish.
