The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high-quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This Petit syrah I produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78 degrees. Then aged in French oak for 3 months. Mid-red in color this dry red wine has aromas of plums and ripe sweet red berry fruit, gently caressing tannins with a soft finish on the palate. It will pair well with meat and chicken dishes.
