The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high-quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78 degrees. Then aged in French oak for three months. Mid-red in color with aromas of raspberries and cassis, this mid-bodied cabernet has gentle tannins and a balanced acidity.
