Tasting note: with a pretty pale color, this Sauvignon Blanc is very aromatic, it offers intense flavors of exotic fresh fruits, grapefruit, and citrus. Very present on the palate, it is silky and reveals a beautifully balanced finish. Will match as wee with white meats as with lightly spiced dishes.
