The Mount Hermon series of wines offers quality flavor and accessibility for a highly pleasurable experience like enjoying the stunning view of the the magnificent mountain's snow-covered peak. Mount hermon Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights in the coldclimate and high altitude that are unique to the region and one vineyard in the Upper galilee. The fermenting wine was pressed relatively early resulting in a wine that combines classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with immediate flavorfu approachability.
