Mount Hermon Red

Mount Hermon Red is produced from four traditional red varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. The grapes were grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitude that are unique to the region. The fermenting wine was pressed relatively early, resulting in opulent fruit flavors. Best served at 13-16°C.
