Part of the winery's flagship Yiron series, the Yiron Syrah was produced exclusively from Syrah grapes grown in our vineyards in the Upper Galilee. This elegant wine has a rich, velvety texture and displays notes of blackberry, cracked peppers and earth. The wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Best served at 18°C.
