Dalton White Of Earth

Asufa is our winemaker Guy Eshel's playground at Dalton Winery; a series of moments and memories gathered throughout his years in the field, brought to life here. Earthy whites have always been of interest to him - aged on lees, made in alternative vessels, with body and texture. Our Withe of Earth is made of Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the cool microclimate of the Upper Galilee and spontaneously fermented in clay amphora. The result is a mineral, energetic, full-dimension white.
