Dalton Grounded

The Asufa series is the playground of our winemaker, Guy Eshel, a collection of moments and ideas he has accumulated over time in the profession, and together we wanted to give them expression here in Dalton. GROUNDED is made from the Tsuriman variety that was discovered several years ago in the north of the country, in the Tsuriman ruins, and since then has only remained an idea. The dream of finding local varieties and working in a historical discourse with the place we live is what gave birth to this wine. In 2017, we planted our own Tsuriman vineyard, above Nahal Hatzor. We fermented the grapes spontaneously in a clay pot. A lively and wild wine with concentrated flavors that take you on a journey through time.
