Chateau Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Cru Classe Rose

Created in 2017, the Fantastique Rosé cuvée – Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence* – embodies the quintessence of a terroir and know-how. A great organic and vegan rosé wine made with precision from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle from the plots of the Château Sainte Marguerite vineyard. The three grape varieties complement each other ideally to deliver the richest and most authentic aromatic expression of the terroir. EYE A pearly pink with luminous golden highlights. NOSE A balance between the richness of the aromas of white peach and pear, and the more exotic nuances of lychee, passion fruit, and grapefruit zest PALATE An aromatic freshness with citrus notes and other more floral notes (rose, a hint of jasmine). A length in the mouth that prolongs the tasting. SERVICE AND STORAGE Ideal serving temperature at 8-10°C. A signature rosé that will last 4-5 years of aging. FOOD / WINE PAIRING Fantastique Rosé 2023 can accompany noble seafood products, such as scallops, lobster, or crayfish.
