Carmel Single Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Single vineyards cabernet sauvignon grapes were harvested from the admon vineyard, cultivated on the southeastern slopes of the Dalton Valley region in the upper Galilee, one of the top growing regions in Israel, 2.530 ft. above sea level. this unique vineyard instilled in the wine a rich, full-bodied, and balanced character with an impressive aging ability. following fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged for 15 months in french oak barrels.
