Carmel Mediterranean 4 Vats

The Vats Mediterranean series is based on Mediterranean grape varieties which are exceptionally well suited to Israel's climate. This wine was aged for 8 months in large 5000-liter oak foudres which added to the complexity of the wine whilst retaining a fruity spicy character.
