Vitkin Shorashim Red

Shorashim Red was crafted from Carignan and Petite Sirah, both from dry-farmed, old vines vineyards and Petit Verdot co-fermented with a touch of Old Vines Colombard. Matured for 24 months in new French oak barrels followed by at least two years of bottle aging. If stored in a cool and humid cellar, it should fulfill its exceptional aging potential, allowing it to develop its complexity and expression.
