The epitome of our house style, this Highland Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.
Each hand-selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavors, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.
