Shiloh Chardonnay

Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of ancient vineyards in the Land of Israel. This wine was made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes fermented and the aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Barrel fermentation gave the wine an elegant texture on the mid palate while having a pleasant and sophisticated mineral acidity. It boasts a tropical fruit and peach aroma. The palate echoes yellow apples and sweet pineapple. It is best paired with grilled fish pasta with olive oil and sauteed vegetables. Serve chilled
