crafted the orcadian way, our team of artisans pride on using traditional methods and skills boned over several generations. This expression is aged in American oak until it develops the signature honeyed smoothness. The single malt is then further rested in peated casks which impart a subtle smokiness inspires by the ever changing character of Orkney.
