Chardonnay Reserve vineyard is located in the heart of the Golan Heights wine region, 630 meters above sea level. Combination of micro-climate and volcanic soil are ideal for the chardonnay variety with its stone fruit, floral and delicate minerality aromas. Following 18 months maturation in large French oak barrels, the wine develops extraordinary complexity, depth and richness.
