Petit Castel
Domaine du Castel is an estate of 40 hectares situated in Yad Hashmona at an altitude of 700m west of Jerusalem. The vineyards are planted at a high density and produce small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 16 months in French oak.
