Or Haganuz French Blend 2010

The Or HaGanuz vineyards enjoy the unique climate of the Upper Galilee mountains at a height of 2259-2854 feet above sea level which is optimal for a variety of high-quality grapes. The blend combines four noble varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot and Petit Verdot. The grapes were harvested from various vineyards characterized by their €œstraining vines.€ These unique conditions combined with growing methods and low water allow the vines to produce high-quality fruit. Then they were manually and selectively harvested carefully chosen and underwent supervised fermentation a precision that led to superb extraction. And aging in French oak barrels for 20 months helped retain its original fruit flavors.
