The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested from our vineyard's finest plot, nurtured, fortified, fermented, aged 14 months in French barrels. A quality wine in a deep red hue with a medium to full body, rich in berry aroma, elegant structure and smooth tannins. Aromas of fresh raspberries, cassis and strawberries with elegant oak touches and gentle smokiness.
