Jerusalem Vineyard Reserve Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

The reserve series is characterized by quality flavors and aromas. The wine is produced under excellent conditions with extreme care throughout the entire production process from the cultivation of the vineyards to its marketing. The Cabernet grapes come from a single vineyard in Sheila on 850 m above sea level. The wine was aged in the cellars of the winery in French oak and American barrels for 20months which gave it a deep crimson hue flavors and aromas of black cherries dark chocolate and a full and rich body. To maintain its full flavor the wine has not undergone filtration processes. Over the years there may be an accumulation of natural sediment in the bottle.
