Jermak Meron Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
The Meron Winery Vineyards are of the finest vineyards in Israel and are located in Mount Jermak which is the upper part of Mount Meron. The Jermak towers are 720 Meters above sea level and is structured from basalt soil combined with Terra Rosa. The vineyards benefit from an ideal climate to produce high-quality grapes varietals. Jermak is the upper-level series of Meron Winery. It is a rare wine made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which were harvested at dawn. The wine was aged in French oak barrels in optimum climate and humidity for 40 months.
