Galil Alon White
The Galil wine series inspired by all that lives and grows in our Galilee vineyards expresses the synergy between the winegrowers our sustainable vineyards and untamed nature which together enable the production of quality wine. The living creature adorning this label was observed during nature surveys conducted in our vineyards. Comprising 75% Vgnier 18% Sauvignon Blanc and 7% Chardonnay grapes. Some 40% of the wine fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. The wine displays aroma of ripe pear and apple pie with refreshing notes of mint and citrus.
