Flam Reserve Merlot 2010

Flam Merlot Reserve It is the product of many years of cultivating vineyards, excellence, and persistence in making wine. The wine is made from 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc grown in the best plots in Moshav Dishon in the Upper Galilee. The grapes were harvested in a selective manual harvest in the early morning hours. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Aging in the bottle will add to the development of the wine. Store lying down in a cool, dark place.
