Flam Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This Dry Red Wine is the result of our efforts to grow the best grapes year after year and to preserve the purity & softness of the fruit. Our grapes are grown in the Ben Zimra & Dishon vineyards in the Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate and yields are kept extremely low. When ripe we carefully hand harvest the grapes in the early morning hours and make sure they arrive at the winery in perfect condition. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak.
