Flam Noble

The freedom to choose only the best of grapes and patiently give nature its time, helped me focus on crafting the wine I always dreamt of - a wine with an Israeli heart and a noble soul.

Sourced from our very best plots, the grpes were hand harvested from old, low-yielding vines. After spending 16 months in new and one year old French oak barrels, the wine was bottled and kept 16 months in the winery cellars for further aging.
