Flam Blanc

A blend based on Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a touch of Chardonnay, coming from selected plots in the Givat Yeshayahu village. The unique growing conditions of the plots, set in narrow valleys, allow the vines to enjoy good air ventilation and cold night temperatures which are captured in the valley floors. The grapes were hand-picked with dawn, then gently pressed whole cluster, fermentered in stainless steel vats at low temperatures to keep the fruity aromas and freshness that are typical to the region.
