Domaine Du Castel Grand Vin 2018 - Magnum

Grand Vin is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Domaine du Castel is an estate of 40 hectares situated in Yad Hashemona west of Jerusalem at an altitude of 700 meters. The vineyards are planted at high density and produce small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged for 20 months in new French oak.
