Dalton Paradisia

Asufa is our winemaker guy Eshel's personal playground at DaltonWinery, a series of moments and memories gathered throughout his years in the field, brought to life here. Paradisia is a varietal wine made of Muscat of Alexandria, the most ancient variety still in use today, and very common to the Mediterranean basin. The bright gold colour of this wine is the result of 7 months of skin maceration, offering a new layer of texture on top of the tropical, exotic, and salty Muscat. This wine pairs beautifully with local foods.
