Dalton Levantina

Asufa is our winemaker Guy Eshel's personal playground at Dalton Winery; A series of moments and memories gathered throughout his years in the field brought to life here. Levantina is a Middle Eastern warm weather spicy wine a voyage through Israel's three main viticulture regions: Grenache from the Upper Galilee; Carignan from the Lower Galilee; and Petit Syrah from the Judean foothills. This wine pairs perfectly with fatty and umami flavors.
