In this unusual unpeated expression, our Malt Master captures a blissful interplay between rich nutty character and delicious orchard fruit. Shorter fermentation bears cloudy worst that makes for a gloriously creamy, nutty mouthfeel, while carefully partly filling our pot stills enacts higher copper contact to bring forth fresh green apple flavors and spicy accents. Matured in refill, rejuvenated, and ex-wine casks for 11 years.
