Aberlour 12 Years Non Chill

Aberlour whishy was born in the speyside village of aberlour, made with local spring water from the ben rinnes and barley. Now locally sourced from the fields near our distillery. LET THE CASKS ADD DEPTH We mature this single malt in two different casks: American oak and Spanish sherry. Their rich flavours infuse our whisky over time. LET THE TIME PASS After twelve years, our craftsman bring the spirtis in both casks together, omitting chill-filtering to retain the full flavour of the malt and give the mouth-feel more body and texture. LET THE DEED SHOW As our founder, James Fleming, knew back in 1879, the truth is always in the tasing The look is golden amber, with touch of ruby red. The aroma is rich and fruity with notes of strawberry jam The taste is sherried, with fruity pluml and a hint of chocolate and toffee. The finish is long and sweet with a little spice. The deed is in the tasting A slight haze may appear when adding water or ice.
