Yarden Malbec 2019

Yarden Malbec is made from Malbec grapes grown at an altitude of 700 meters in Yonatan Springs Vineyard. The relatively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils of the Golan Heights are proving to be hospitable conditions for this classic variety. Eighteen months of barrel aging adds richness to the wine's wild berry blueberry and violet characters. Enjoy this wine full flavored dishes such as Eggpplant Parmigiana roast saddle of lamb or braised duck. This bottle should age gracefully over the coming years if stored on its side in a cool dark place. Best served at 16-18C
