Flam Camellia

Flam Camellia 2021 reflects the quality of our best vineyards located in the Judean hills region. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on a shallow terra rossa soil with subsoil of limestone. The wine goes through cool fermentation and sur lie aging for 7 months in French oak.
Flam Camellia expresses the terroir, shows depth and complexity with focus on fruit and freshness. This wine shows our appreciation and pays homage to our mother and business partner Camellia Flam.
